1. How We Communicate With You

When you submit a quote request, contact form, or otherwise provide your contact information to Ascent Epoxy, you may receive communications from us and/or the local installation business operating under the Ascent Epoxy brand in your area via the following channels:

  • Phone calls: To discuss your project, confirm consultation details, and provide estimates.
  • Text messages (SMS): For appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, and brief follow-ups related to your inquiry.
  • Email: To deliver estimates, project information, educational content, and follow-up communications.

2. Consent

By submitting your phone number through any form on this Site, you expressly consent to receive phone calls and text messages from Ascent Epoxy and its local installation businesses regarding your inquiry. A consent disclosure is displayed on all forms near the submit button. This consent is not a condition of purchasing any services. You may revoke consent at any time using the opt-out methods described below.

By submitting your email address, you consent to receive email communications related to your inquiry, including estimates, project updates, and relevant educational content about epoxy flooring.

3. Message Frequency and Content

Our typical communication pattern for a new inquiry is:

  • Initial response: Within 2 hours during business hours (Mon–Fri 8am–6pm, Sat 9am–2pm) via phone call or email.
  • Follow-up: 1–2 additional contacts within the first week if we haven't connected.
  • Estimate delivery: Via email within 24 hours of your on-site consultation.
  • Post-estimate: 1–2 follow-ups over 2 weeks if you haven't responded to your estimate.

Maximum contact limit: We will not contact you more than 6 times total regarding an unanswered inquiry. If we have not connected with you after 6 attempts across all channels, we will stop outreach unless you contact us again.

We do not send mass marketing text messages, automated promotional SMS campaigns, or unsolicited bulk email. All communications are related to your specific inquiry or project.

4. Opting Out

You may opt out of communications at any time through any of these methods:

  • Text messages: Reply STOP to any text message from Ascent Epoxy.
  • Email: Click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email, or reply with "unsubscribe."
  • Phone calls: Request to be placed on our do-not-call list during any phone conversation.
  • Direct request: Email [email protected] or call (954) 852-1263 to opt out of all communications.

Opt-out requests are processed within 48 hours. Opting out of marketing communications will not affect transactional messages related to an active project or installation.

5. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to text messages sent by or to Ascent Epoxy. Ascent Epoxy is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

6. TCPA Compliance

Ascent Epoxy complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). We may use AI-assisted phone technology to respond to inbound calls and follow up on inquiries. All automated communications include disclosure of AI involvement and provide clear opt-out mechanisms. We do not use auto-dialers or pre-recorded messages for marketing purposes without prior express written consent.

7. CAN-SPAM Compliance

All email communications from Ascent Epoxy comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Our emails include accurate sender information, a clear subject line, our physical mailing address, and a functioning unsubscribe mechanism.

8. Who May Contact You

Communications may come from Ascent Epoxy's central team or from the local Ascent Epoxy installation team serving your area. Local teams operate independently under the Ascent Epoxy brand and are expected to follow the communication standards described in this policy. 9. Call Recording

Ascent Epoxy may record phone calls for quality assurance, training, and service improvement purposes. Calls handled by our AI-assisted phone system are recorded and transcribed to ensure accurate capture of your project details and to improve the quality of our service. By continuing a phone call with Ascent Epoxy, you consent to the recording of that call. If you do not wish to be recorded, please let us know at the beginning of the call and we will accommodate your request. Local installation businesses may have their own call recording practices, which they are responsible for disclosing.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Communication Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
